Including metrics for 2 different time periods in one report.

Is it possible to include metrics from 2 time periods in one report? E.g. for ticket form, report  the number of tickets created last month and the number of tickets created in the past 12 months?

Yes, it's natively possible to report on 2 different periods for your created tickets. We have a Time Period metric called “Tickets created” wherein you can select a specific period in time. However, it's limited to the following:
