Calculating number of days to solve a ticket

Hello, 

I'm trying to find a way to calculate average days  that an agent has used to solve tickets that the agent has worked. 
 

Is there any way to create this sort of report?

Hey Renaud,
 
You can use the metric of full resolution time in days in order to get this information, otherwise if you are looking for the handling time you'll want to use the time tracking app in order to get their update handling time and then convert that value in days.
