Repeat Report for the customer- Repeat Within 3 days and Repeat within 7 days

Hi Team,
Can you please help us to create couple of reports for Repeat rate for the customer?
1)Ticket which are repeated with in 3 days.
Example:(Ticket repeated dates 1-3 dates,2-4 dates,3-5 dates etc.)
2)Ticket which are repeated with in 7 days.
Example:(Ticket repeated dates 1-7 dates,2-8 dates,3-9 dates etc.)

You may use the metric 'Tickets Created for the last 30 days' or 'Tickets Created for the last 7 days' and then add an attribute for the Requester's Name or Email.

Additionally, you may also want to check if creating a custom metric and attribute would fit your need.
