Is there a way to determine if the 'Enable agents to manage requests' setting is activated in the Help Center?

 

In our Help Center, users can submit new requests from various sources, including custom links for ticket submission. However, agents are being redirected elsewhere when they attempt to use these links, likely due to the aforementioned setting. To address this issue more effectively, we need to ascertain whether it is enabled or not.
