Product Feedback - Time Off Management reloads after every action, making it very slow

Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who in your org is affected by this issue [ex. agents, admins, customers, etc.]. (2-3 sentences)

When working in the Time Off Management screen, each time you approve, deny, or respond with comment to a request, the entire list of time off requests reloads, adding a significant amount of wait time when reviewing time off requests. Rather than reloading each time, a refresh button for the screen would suffice.

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences)

Each time the screen loads, it takes at least 3-4 seconds. I'm sure this is longer with larger teams (we are still only using WFM with about 10% of our staff). When it only takes a second to approve a request and 3-4 seconds to load the screen, the admin spends most of their time waiting for the screen to load.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

This impacts an admin a couple of times per week, as they are approving time off.

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

No workaround, just waiting for the screen to load.

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

Instead of an automatic refresh after each action, having access to a refresh button. Or if the screen simply loaded faster, that would also solve the issue.
