Live Chat : Automatically link to a user with a ticket creation + prefill

Hello,

 

I want to set up a live chat on my website. For the live chat, I want to avoid the user to put his firstname/lastname. So if the user already exist, it's automatically linked to him. And if not, it's created automatically.

 

And, I have information that I have from the previous page and I want to push this information on the chat directly.

 

So, to resume, my user enter few informations. Once all is done, he is redirected to a confirmation page. I want to display the live chat on fullscreen and directly have some information in the live chat as fullname and informations. And my agent, through the BO, can talk to him.

You'll need to implement end user authentication of some kind for the user to be linked with an existing user profile. Here's a link to the documentation which will help you get up and running:
