Tickets failing to merge with a call recording

Hello community,
I wonder if anyone has come across this before
An agent made a call over the weekend (Talk) and when they merged the ticket into another, the following entry was made onto the patient ticket and now I'm unable to locate the actual call recording anywhere, no entry in the audit logs, not showing in deleted messages
Has this ever happened to anyone else and did you manage to retrieve the recording, If so how?
