Any advice to set up e-bonding with a system that uses a SOAP API instead of a REST API

Hi All,

We received a request from 1 of our customers to set up ebonding between our Zendesk instance and their Snow instance. They have a setup that they are using with multiple vendors and are using a SOAP API.

We checked the use of a plugin that support both SNOW and Zendesk and those are available. The customer however is not able, because of internal policies, to install any plug-in that is not developed by themselves. The only way they allow direct communication with their instance is using their SOAP API. 

Anyone here with any suggestions or advice on how to accomplice this?
