Automation notification for team managers

As a team manager, I would like to receive a notification if one of team members has been out of adherence for a period of time that's customizable by the admin. This would affect all users of WFM as it would impact the integrity of the data and occupancy of the agents.

This would enable leads to multitask with their other responsibilities while also monitoring their agents' work in real time without sitting on the dashboards.

As a workaround, team managers have to have the activity information loaded to see if there are changes for their team. 

Ideally, the administrator can set automated notification for team managers when one of their team members is out of adherence for a specified time.  All managers of the team would receive a pop-up or audible ping to draw their attention to the system with additional information of their agent. Alternatively, the system could send the alert to a messaging system.
