Relay App and Ticket Creation

Hi,

 

It will be great to have a ticket open if we make an outbound message via the relay app to one of our customers.

Today, if we are sending some template message, via the relay app, to one of our customers, the message indeed sent to the customer but there is no record for that, no ticket created. Only if the customer will reply back a ticket will be created (without the previous message that we sent as a context).

 

We think this feature is very important and valuable, cause we need to have records for every customer engagement.
