Ability to Choose Live Translation Providers

Live Translation is very helpful for our chat agents, and overall Google Translate does a great job as a provider especially for languages that originated in Europe. However, we've received feedback from customers and our international Japanese and Korean speaking agents that the quality doesn't stack up as well with those languages.

We've had better results from other providers in recent experiments, and it would be nice to be able to ‘plug in’ a different third-party translation provider based on variables such as the language selected, or even agent/customer preference.
