New Dashboard UI limitation - Unavailable Download /export option, date & time filter Widget Options and widget sizing

Hi team,

Ever since the movement from the legacy dashboard to a new UI dashboard, there are a few things that the new UI seem to lack:

1. Download icon no longer appears in the widget when hover (image from the old UI where download/export icon was available)
   

2. Unable to colour the filters. In the old UI, a 'Widget Option' bar would appear at the top of the dashboard to make changes to the filter. E.g. Font, font size, colour, etc
    

   

3. Lastly, the widgets sizes continually re-size depending on the window size, screen resolution, different monitor sizes or changes to the browser size. The figure (font) inside the widget does not expand to fill the box or size is too small to display the result.

Response from Zendesk Support and have been advised that:

• In the new dashboard builder, the option to export individual reports directly from the dashboard is no longer available. The workaround is to open the report/query then download the data
• There isn't a way to lock the widgets and the re-sizing of the widgets may vary depending on the screen resolution.
• Customizing colours for the time filters is not available

I hope the above will be considered in the next enhancement.
