Allowing tickets to be updated via triggers based on approvals. For example a ticket being placed on hold and re-opening when approval has been updated.

Hi Daniel,

 

This can be achieved using Triggers and there is a condition to use Ticket. approval Status field and Action can be to Update the Ticket Status.
