More Microsoft Teams Zendesk integrations?
Hi Team,
Wondering if there is more coming in terms Bots (Answer Bot) or other cool integrations coming to MS Teams?
I did notice there was some EAP's for Slack. Answer bot would be pretty cool!
I know there is a Tab/Connector for Zendesk in the MS Team App Store.

I would love to see more Zendesk integration Microsoft Teams similar to how Slack is getting some attention. Adding my vote to this one as well.

Teams is the primary communication app in our company and the only one that we cannot accept tickets with. We constantly reply to chats telling people to go open a ticket via email or web form. I would really, really, really love to see a way to manage this within Teams. I would love to offer feedback and use case discussions if needed.
