Would you make it possible to select plain text format emails?

The email format sent from zendesk to the requester is currently in HTML format, and I can't select plain text email.
In Japan, many companies prohibit the use of HTML emails for security reasons.
I would like you to be able to select plain text in the format of the email sent from zendesk.
