    This is very much needed for agents that walk away and forget, I agree.

    What would also really help would be an automation that allows an admin to insert agents' shift, and have an auto log out mechanism. Prior to the automated log out there should be a pop up warning, offering the option to maintain log in (e.g. still handling a customer interaction) and user should be able to select between "keep me logged in" and "proceed to log out".
