Feature Request: User Default Landing Page
I was wondering if there was a way to update the default landing page when an Agent logs in. Right now, it defaults to the "Home" page, but I would prefer the "Views" section, as this is where I primarily work out of. Is this possible? I understand I could favorite the link used, but I was thinking more of a User Setting that would allow them to identify their preferred Default Landing page. Other programs I have used allowed for this. Thoughts?

Pedro Rodrigues I did upvote that post as it definitely aligns with the thought. I've used Help Desks that have allowed for this customization and would love to see Zendesk's adoption.
Hannah Lucid - thanks for this feedback. Views is clearly the preferred starting place for agents right now, and the Dashboard is often skipped over when agents logged in. We'd like to make the Dashboard a much more relevant and highly useful experience. Would you be open to chatting about how we can make that happen for your team?
