ZenDesk Support - disable automatic user creation in Zendesk

Could you please study the possibility to add a setting into the ZenDesk Admin center to disable the automated account creation for end user when he is updating a ticket by email?
In this vencountered case, the email used for the ticket's update is different of the one of the account created by the agent.
