Allow use of Present/Not Present conditions in Views for Date fields

Please allow for Present/Not Present conditions for Date fields in Views!

Use case example: We have a ticket form where we schedule events with customers and log date milestones. We want to create a view to show an agent if a particular milestone has not yet been logged (therefore the date field would be empty)

Sadly, this is not possible for Views, though the condition exists for Triggers and Automations.
