Bug with Zendesk's mobile app - Integrated apps like JIRA are not visible and un-managable
As a Zendesk admin, I use bot the web application to manage complex tickets but I also use Zendesk's mobile application to conduct keep track of all tickets issued by my agents and Communicate follow ups with my smart phone but I detected that external app integrations installed in the web app are not visible in the mobile app.
As a admin I wish to properly monitor internal tickets in the Zendesk mobile app but at the same time view integrated JIRA tickets that are linked to the issues.

In order to effectively monitor internal tickets within the Zendesk mobile app while also having visibility into the integrated JIRA tickets linked to those issues, it's essential to find a suitable solution. For this type of Use-Case, I have been using Exalate. It will do a bidirectional synchronization between Zendesk and JIRA, and make it more convenient :)
