    I completely understand the frustration you must be experiencing with the current situation regarding Zendesk's mobile app and its inability to display integrated apps such as JIRA. As a Zendesk admin, it's crucial for you to have a seamless workflow.

    In order to effectively monitor internal tickets within the Zendesk mobile app while also having visibility into the integrated JIRA tickets linked to those issues, it's essential to find a suitable solution. For this type of Use-Case, I have been using Exalate. It will do a bidirectional synchronization between Zendesk and JIRA, and make it more convenient :)
