Jira Integration Request

Hi Team! 

We have a problem we need your assistance with.

Background: We heavily use the Jira Integration to create Jira tickets for our Dev and Engineering teams.  (Approximately 10% of our overall volume)

Problem Statement: One challenge we have run into is the fact that if you need to click off the window to grab something from the ZD ticket, the window closes and doesn't save what you had so you have to start over each time. 

We cannot use the “Copy fields from ticket button” because it creates an unsecure link to Zendesk that doesn't require a log in and there are no options to only grab specific items. 

Ask: We would like a solution that allows us to be able to click off of the window and come back to it and have it retain the already entered information.
