More Filtering Functions on Talk DashboardRépondu
Appreciate your support to extend the current Talk Dashboard filtering function extended to the Group.
I want to know if we can enable a “Select group” functions for Talk Dashboard? That's like the current "Select lines" function, but for groups.
So we know the incoming call is routed to which group just by viewing the Talk Dashboard.
I also want to see a notification feature for Talk Dashboard whenever there's an incoming call (maybe a sound, a window notification or something). When the agent/supervisor is not looking at Talk Dashboard on their screen
In the Zendesk Explore product, there is a live Zendesk channels dashboard and it is possible to filter live call data by call group.
There is currently no notification feature for our dashboards and I don't believe it's something we plan on working on any time soon.
Any follow up on this item?
Thanks. I managed to find the Explore Dashboard (Zendesk Talk) and found it useful however there are some limitations that one can't see more than one group at the same time
Can you push Zendesk Dev team to make something at least like the notification sound you get from Zendesk chat?
