Post survey widget " solved" or " Not solved" function

We need to check the data that how many chats were solved by the agents, but at present, there isn't this kind of survey after chatting, there is only "good or bad" rating.

Could you make this function when the chat ended, while we asked the customer to rate it as good or bad, we could also provide "solved" or "Not solved" button for the customer to choose?
