Adding Fields To Views

Our list of available fields is ever expanding, which makes dragging fields towards the bottom of the left list up to the right list difficult.  Would love to see bidirectional arrows on pages like this to allow me to select (multiple) fields and add/remove them with a click vs drag-and-drop.

  Not only that, but it would be nice if they fields could be sorted alphabetically. We have MANY custom fields, and it takes quite some time to find the right one in the hodgepodge.
