Individual Leaving Chat Session Clears Your Text Box
I would love to keep what I had wrote to a customer despite them leaving a chat session on me. It is inconvenient to have typed out a response only to have it be erased instantly.

When a customer ends a chat or disconnects mistakenly during a conversation, it is likely that our agents will follow up with them via email. Having the ability to use what the agent has written in the chat composition field in an email composition field after the customer leaves would make it easy to follow up via email. -
Even if I can't add to the message I was typing, I just want to be able to copy and paste what I had into email so that way I don't have to start from scratch!
