Getting Issue with Android 11 Messaging

Hi,

 

The messaging sdk for Android 11 causing issue while loading message , even UI hangs up in Samsung Android 11 device

      Yes i just tested with demo zendesk app , it's neither working on Android 11 and 12 .
       
      Even i change messaging to latest version as mentioned in latest doc - https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/zendesk-web-widget-sdks/sdks/android/getting_started/
       
      define latest lib as implementation"zendesk.messaging:messaging-android:2.3.0" it's not working as expected for 11 and 12 .

      Hi Dheeraj,

      We're not aware of any issue with Zendesk SDK on Android 11 on this nature. Is this occurring by just following the standard getting started instructions? If so, we may need to open a support ticket for your case, please let us know.
