It would be great to have the possibility to add email addresses or domains to the allow and block list directly from the suspended ticket view.

There are several types of reasons a ticket is held back and depending of the nature, often you want put the sender email address or domain either on the allow or block list. 

To date in order to do so we have to manually copy the senders email address out of the suspended ticket, switch over to admin center and paste it into the respective list.

That would make my day to day task working with Suspended Tickets more efficient.

Same here.  We have automation from other systems that we need to create tickets.  We now have to go in and filter through the Suspended tickets to find these legitimate tickets and recover them.  We should have an option to whitelist addresses to let create tickets.
