20 min chat wait times timing out.
RéponduI am reevaluating Zendesk and want to know if the 20 minute wait time for chat timing out has been fixed. In other words if the wait time to chat reaches 30 mins, can the customer still wait and not be timed out.

Thanks for posting your question. If you use native messaging over chat, the 20min session timeout behaviour no longer exists as chat conversations are no longer bound to the visitor's website session.
