Ability to Add Multiline Fields in AnswerBot

I feel like it would be beneficial to be able to add not only the simple text field but multiline field in the Transfer to Agent step as this would allow the end user to get their full message across

Dear Zendesk team, adding this will save our agents considerable time and effort in understanding the user’s problem, enabling them to provide better responses in less time.
