Editing customer name - why have we made this so much more difficult?

    What version are you describing, as the Enterprise Plan (now referred to as the "Suite Professional") version hasn't changed; The methods we still see for making changes to a user's profile are:

    • Search for name or email, click on user, edit profile details
    • In a ticket, click on User tab, edit profile details

    Granted, the individual making the changes needs to have the correct Role permissions configured, but that is it.

    In the Agent Workspace.... exactly, it's click the user tab, edit profile details.  Before it was just click the user tab and change the name.
