We require the ability to create a view with free-form text Custom Fields as conditions.

While the needed data can be obtained by Advanced Search, because we cannot create a persistent Advanced Search result view or link, recreating the advanced search each time is cumbersome and wastes cycles.

Results can also be obtained via Explore that are acceptable, but Explore is typically at least 1 hour behind live data and sometimes up to 24 hours behind it. Therefore, Explore doesn't meet the immediate need.

I am also submitting an enhancement request to have the ability to persist an Advanced Search either through a persistent URL or a UI "save" option.
