    I definitely hear your frustrations with inconsistent options between triggers and automations. This is something we are actively working to improve, so keep an eye on the Announcements page. 

    As for the ticket sharing action you specifically called out, that is an available action in Triggers. Under the 'Ticket' section in the triggers action menu, you'll select 'Share ticket with' then select where you'd like to share the ticket (see below):

    Scott Allison thank you for your reply! Is there a reason that this wouldn't be available on the Macros when the coding is already available on the Triggers and Automations?
