It would be helpful to have the ability to include bulleted and numbered lists in the flow builder steps; specifically the "Send Message/present options" steps. If there's a process that is 3 steps or less for the user to self-serve their request, I'd like to include those steps in the chat bubble itself, along with the detailed help center article if they'd prefer to view that.
