One click to download all the attchments
We would like Zendesk to provide the attachment preview feature as soon as possible, and the attachment preview feature can cover as many file type like PDF/DOCX/JPG/HEIC, and add the option to one-click-to-download all the attachements in the same one ticket, so that we can handle the tickets much faster.

Can you further explain your use case on attachment preview and one-click-to-download? How would you be using this possible features? On which zendesk product/channel? How does this possible features help in your workflow? And why it is a painpoint?

Since there is no preview and many customers send in HEIC files, they must be downloaded locally and then viewed locally.
I think "Download All" is a useful feature, but a proper viewer for all common file formats especially HEIC is a requirement.
