Support - Am I the only person that is not satisfied with the support provided by Zendesk?
Opened a ticket on Monday 1/9/23 and It's Saturday and still no response, this is terrible and not sustainable, then when i receive a response, it will be links to content I already read prior to opening the ticket. We have been using the product for 2 people in IT, now we are looking at deployment to a larger group of team members for some back office support however with support like this I can't trust Zendesk will be there when needed. Need to look for other options.
