Feature Request Summary: 

With triggers, automations, views, etc. you can only use "meets all" and "meets any" logic when it comes to conditions. It would be great to allow for custom combinations of this type of logic.

For example you might have 3 different conditions:

1. Issue field IS NOT Product Bug
2. Issue field IS Product Bug
3. Priority IS Urgent

I want to put something together where the logic would be: 1 OR (2 AND 3). 

Description/Use Cases: 

There are often times scenarios such as the above where I need specific combinations of conditions to produce the results I need to see, but this isn't available. This is how Salesforce is configured to where you list out filters

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

Not able to pull the information I need a lot of the times. For views I have to break out the data into multiple views, but then we get into the topic of view count limitations.
