Enabling OOO for an Agent
Hi,
A functionality to enable OOO for selected data range for an agent which in turn would:
1.) Disable any new ticket assignments
2.) If there is a Client's response/update on an ongoing tickets
This way the manager/.supervisor of the ream can plan the ticket monitoring and management better.

I'm not entirely sure if this is what you are talking about, but it is possible to build Triggers that will perform some of the "Out-of-Office" tasks, based around agent and associated ticket data. I say this, as the Out-of-Office app uses the "agent_ooo" tag to perform its tasks, which means you could build Triggers that use this tag to perform those functions.
