Select specific user organization via the Chat API

Let's say in my Zendesk instance there are end users that belong to multiple organizations.

Currently, when opening up a chat widget inside a web page, in the generated ticket in Zendesk, the selected organization is the user's default one. I can't find a way to specify a different organization via the Chat API.
