Multi-select in search blocks page navigation

Description: 

When we use the search bar and select multiple tickets, a section pops up at the bottom that allows us to take action on those tickets. The problem is that section floats, resulting in it blocking the page navigation at the bottom of the search page. 

Business impact of limitation:

We often use the search to make bulk edits. Some examples are adding a tag, sending a bulk reply (different use-case than incident<>problem), locating multiple tickets from the same requester, etc. 

We use the bulk-edit option often and the limitation of 100 tickets per edit was already a pain point, but now we can only edit tickets that are on the same page, slowing us down even more. 

Please consider fixing this so it does not block the page navigation.
