Knowledge suggestion tool - add in "Macro request" form

I would like to have an additional option for agents to request shared macros, so when selecting "knowledge" andthe+sign,it offers "Request new macro" aswell

It separates knowledge article requests and macro requests

This problem happens on a daily basis. This is useful for our business as our agents get submit macro requests and article requests on the same form which affects management of these requests as different admins can set up articles and macros.

Yes, all macro and article requests are on same form

Simply offer an option to request a macro
