Status in IPad/Iphone Apps

If you are using messaging and Omnichannel routing, there needs to be a way to set your status inside of the mobile apps. I am currently having to set the status via the APIs because the mobile app isn't working. 

This prevents us from being able to use the mobile apps to properly monitoring the live chat messaging.

    Omni channel routing and agent status is on our mobile apps roadmap for 2024. We'll keep you updated on our progress in this thread when we begin this work.
