    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback. This feature is not available in Zendesk at present, you could consider  Contextual Workspaces and Layout Builder which is in EAP at present as options for differentiating brands.

    Thank you for the swift response. 

    We are part of both EAPs but none is offering custom colored workspace options, only changes in permissions and elements organization.

    +1 to this feature - it is possible that Agents handle tickets from other Brands, however they don't know it is the wrong Brand, so the wrong support may be given. We have been using webhooks to give an internal note on the tickets to ensure that the proper support is given to help identify the difference. However it requires Agents to read the notes. Even with layout builder, if another brand uses the same layout, that does not help. Visual colors would really help differentiate they are working on a certain Brands tickets. Or being able to set colors of certain groups. I am a fan of customization options

    We have the same problem, and was hoping for the same solution (color branding by Brand). We have a small agent population that supports multiple brands. Although the brand is visible on in the agent workspace as a field, it gets missed by the agents. I'm looking for a way to make the less frequent brand more obvious. I also looked into using a trigger to automate an internal comment, but turns out that is not possible either.
