Popup before loading zendesk pages

Sometimes we have general problems. And then we get a similar ticket from all our teachers. Is there a possibility to show a kind of popup screen while loading the website where we can put a message ourselves. So that we don't always get the same ticket and have to answer the same. Or is there possibly another possibility?
