Zendesk Android Support SDK - Request object doesn't return ticket number
回答済みWe're using zendesk support sdk for Android v5.0.2. We want to display request number on user-interface. However "Request" object doesn't return that number. It only returns an id for the request, which is different and much longer than what we see on dashboard. How can we retrieve the number that we see on zendesk dashboard?

Hey Uğurcan,
Ticket ids are accessible when users are authenticated. If you were to implement JWT authentication you would be able to pull the ticket id.
