These in-depth, Certification Prep & Practice Workshops will prepare you for taking a Zendesk certification exam right from the comfort of your desk. This workshop was developed for those who have hands-on experience completing day-to-day operational tasks needed to manage a Zendesk instance. Work with Zendesk experts to take a closer look at the more challenging topics, question formats and methodology so you can boost your score on the exam.

• Zendesk Support Administrator Certification Prep & Practice Workshop- This full day workshop is ideal if you want to get certified as a Zendesk Support Administrator and want to be sure to prepare in the best way possible to pass. We assume that you come to us having a strong basic knowledge of the Ticketing Solutions - Support product, and have taken our Support I & II courses. (Agenda) (November 17)
