Zendesk Talk - Auto-Answer Call Feature

Hi there!

I can't find the option to enable the auto-answer for our agents.

Is there a way to activate it? Has it been already deployed?

Hello there,

Please note that we do not have this feature, and it is currently not on our roadmaps.

There is already a feature request in our community for this feature at:

Auto Answer Accept Feature in ZD Talk

I would suggest to you that you upvote it and comment if you want to do that.

The more requests for a feature, the more likely it is implemented.
