Custom fields - decimal value
投稿日時:2020年12月22日
When defining custom fields, numeric values can be stored, but only integers, no decimal values.
That's a shame.

Oops! I didn't notice that I ended up in the Sell support forum (which I never touched before). Never mind and good luck. You might consider using your values times 100 and declare them cents... A lousy workaround that I have seen a couple of times in the wild (on various platforms).
Good luck + hopefully more helpful support from the specialists here ;)

Hi 19740749427
I think you are talking of a custom field in Zendesk Support (where you have a decimal format).
I'm talking of a custom field in Zendesk Sell. (where you don't)

Jean-Sébastian,
I think I ran into the same problem. Did you notice that there is a field type 'Decimal'? Per definition it's meant to store decimal values.
However, I didn't manage to generate decimal values with liquid in a Trigger+Target and store it properly in the 'Decimal' custom field, but I think this issue was more liquid related.
Try 'Decimal' instead of 'Number'.
