Images link are getting broke for multiples reasons

Images link broke randomly, I asked support and got different solution, therefore the causes are multiples and most of the time not controllable. We have over 100 articles, we can't make sure all the images are still okay all the day, we need this to be fixed for good.

    I've noticed images disappearing again as well. We have well over 1000 articles in two help centers, many with at least one image. There is no way to police image links in Guide articles that I know of.

    Would a product manager please comment on what causes this issue? I know I have attached images correctly, so I don't think there's anything else I can do on my end.

    I'm not aware of a way to prevent image links getting broken, but I've built an app recently that surfaces all the broken links in Zendesk guide help centers.
