Allowed end user to do copy paste in live chat instead of attach a file via button

Got feedback from our end user that it would be more convenient if they can do copy and paste of a screenshot when doing a live chat

Hey Z2, thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback here. I understand the request however at this time we are not able to commit to prioritizing this feedback. Current attachment flow has consistency across the channels and also, minimise the risk of accidentally sending an attachment.

Looking at the comments, ZD clients need this feature and this has been suggested way back 2021.

Hi Diego Villecco,

No, there's been no progress on supporting copying and pasting of attachments (we do support drag & drop though). Copying & pasting attachments still remains in our backlog for future consideration. Apologies that I don't have better news!
