Guide Articles - export to PDF

It would be beneficial for Zendesk to provide an option or button for end users and/or agents to download articles to PDF. This is helpful for job aids and learners that prefer a hard copy, in-sight, at their working area. 

The third-party applications and API options were either difficult to set up or did not work.

Can someone from Zendesk tell us why this isn't on the roadmap yet?  It seems that many users are looking for this feature.  Is there a reason it isn't being prioritized?  Thank you!

This feature would be very useful for our customers who require printed copies. We want their printed copies to be up to date with our guides.

2 Years later, still hoping...

OpenedX has this figured out with a very elegant export feature. Cheers for open source.

unfortunately not an answer to when Zendesk will support this out of the box but the company I'm working for has a lot of expertise in running PDF export infrastructure and we're currently rolling out a pilot project that allows agents or end-users to download print-ready PDFs of your knowledge base.
